On 5th July, Dr. Emmerton hosted BSG's first University Challenge. Involving house teams in years 6-10, students competed for points by answering questions on Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

In true scientific fashion, the stage was set with buzzers, digital timer, tannoy, interactive whiteboard and even a live TV feed to the audience! It was a truly exciting competition, presented in classic Jeremy Paxman fashion with the buzzing-in contestants fighting to find the perfect answers to some tough questions.

All credit goes to the science teachers, especially Dr. Emmerton, for organising the fantastic fun for the final week.
