It is accepted that such a programme would provide an invaluable opportunity for pupils with an interest in singing to get together and provide a forum for sharing skills, having fun and encouraging a sense of community and well being.

GISCF will include short introductory performances from each participating school followed by a carousel of musical workshops in the afternoon led by music specialists and accompanists/peripatetic staff.

Following the completion of workshops there will be an evening concert at 6pm. All participating school choirs will perform and the programme will end with a joint choir performance of a number of musical works.  Parents are welcome to attend the evening concert and this will be followed by a barbecue and refreshments to end the day. All are welcome!

The SingUp! event will be held on the 14th May 2010. The event starts at 1pm and concludes with an evening concert at 6pm. Parents of children involved in the event are invited to attend the concert. They should arrive at the British School by 5:30pm on the day of the event.
